Bio

David Pichulo

David Pichulo

David grew up in Carlisle, Massachusetts, and has worked in fine residential construction throughout Greater Boston since 1997.

A trained cabinetmaker who has operated his own construction business since 2001, David's background is rooted in custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, fine finish carpentry, and managing complex residential projects. His hands-on experience extends across virtually every phase of construction, giving him both a craftsman's eye for detail and a practical understanding of how an entire project comes together.

David brings a calm, collaborative approach to project management and believes excellent work comes from bringing clients, designers, craftspeople, and trade partners together as one team.

Sean Ngo

Sean Ngo

Sean was born in Vietnam and left as a toddler with his mother and brother. He spent his childhood in a refugee camp in Thailand until he was nine. Those early years shaped his resourcefulness and practical approach to building.

Sean's interest in woodworking grew through middle-school shop classes and high-school carpentry, where an apprenticeship gave him his first experience on construction sites. Over more than twenty years, he has learned from different builders, developing his skills from framing through finish work.

At SN Build, Sean is a hands-on builder who stays involved as each project takes shape. He values collaborating with homeowners, architects, designers, and skilled craftspeople to work through the details and bring a shared vision to life.

His approach reflects the standards he has developed throughout his career: integrity, quality, and respect for the people behind the work. Sean brings a craftsman's care and an artist's eye to every project.
